What’s taking your energy?
Something’s taking more of your limited energy than it should.

Sometimes it’s less obvious:
through delay.
through friction.
through what keeps demanding off of you, unceasingly.
If it’s clear to you, go to the routing-check.
If it isn’t, scroll down.
Check if any of these match:
- Carry too much?
- Think career is the answer?
- Often negotiate with time?
- Compensate for what doesn’t work out?

Some years back, when being market-certified for working with lives, I first heard the metaphor that went something like “it’s like pouring into a cup full of holes”.
Over time, this stalls growth. It can drive dislike of the principles by which you live.
When unsolved issues pile up ..

- An outdated approach that once made sense.
- An obligation that keeps taxing
- A repeated approach that increases load more than it removes.
- And life-decisions that degrade - making the days harder to digest.
Hesitation gets frequent. Demoralization sets in. Efforts grow scattered. Friction grows.
You can start looking into it yourself
.. don’t need anyone to fix it for you.
Your personal religious practice, organized or individual, likely holds a key or two.
That strain ..
turns into mal-administration of what you hold.
Or a background-feeling ..
.. that life is demanding too much to just stay level.
