When You’re Feeling Fragile

When you’re stretched thin..
like one more broken piece could collapse it all

Imposing, controlling, is bound to increase dependency; tightening the snare.

Look at a repeating struggle.
What does it indicate that you depend on?
Even look at what seems “inherent”, as though it is just there.
It could be something small.

If this failed, how could you adapt instead of collapse?
