By purchasing and downloading the Packs and other digital content as provided, you (the “Purchaser”, “Provider” of transferred capital power) agree to the following terms regarding the Product and its Content, as provided by the Seller (and, where applicable, “Provider”):

  1. Exclusive Personal Use

    This product is licensed solely for your personal use. You may not redistribute, copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell any part of this product. You may not misuse the purchase—or in the case of intended security-measures, the context—as precedence to analyze the methods, tools, language including identity of the provider. In case of incidences, you may under no circumstance use insights gained from the product for transgressive purposes.

  2. No Use Scenarios

    You agree that you will not be misusing the product and its contents to oppress, coerce to oppress, empower or justify oppression-regardless of explanation. In particular, you may not misuse the purchase, transaction, product and contents nor derived gain, strength or other outcomes to misuse medical ethos—regardless of normality or maintained unawareness—in connection with oppressive explanatory frameworks, crafting false narratives, obstructing pathways to healing or to obscure the true causes of ongoing harm.

    Nor may you misuse the purchase, transaction, product or contents to …

    a. Commit or facilitate ethical fraud, including for purposes of deception and evasion.

    b. Engage in other gross indecency, including the exploitation or abuse of offspring.

    c. In general incite or promote violence, hate speech, or any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or widely accepted ethical standards

    This restriction intends to protect the seller against undesirable costs connected with the trading, uphold decent trade, cancel out malice, facilitate mutual respect and pay respects for the facilitation of exchange.

  3. Expiration of Product

    The product is licensed for personal use, not indefinite archival. Please consider it to be expirable, and consider deleting the product after use.

  4. Data & Privacy

    Certain personal data (e.g., email, transaction details, IP address) may be collected during the process of the sale, and stored in compliance with applicable enforced legislation. This includes data collected by the payment processor facilitating the transaction. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion. However, due to threat of governmental punitive action, court-driven violations and enslavement by debt, certain data may be retained in compliance with mandates.

  5. Use at Own Risk

    Results may vary. The product offered is subject to limitations, such as impossibility of resembling live sessions, products customized individually or production provided against greater timely compensation. Seller is not responsible for any outcomes, including any lack of results.

  6. Liability and indemnification

    Each party is responsible for its own actions related to this transaction. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for the value exchanged in this transaction, under this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller of the digital products from any claims, losses, or damages resulting - especially upon unauthorized or improper use. This provision is intended to protect mutual interest, guard against misuse of the sales-process, ensure a clean transaction and secure decent trade.

  7. Resolution and arbitration

    Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the purchase of the product shall first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon service, with fees and costs so as not to unduly burden either party. Seller shall not be subjected to court litigation, and purchaser waive any right to participate in class or collective actions as applicable. This clause is designed to resolve disputes fairly, by truth (negating neglitive or superficial falsified truth) and protect against misuse of the transaction.

  8. Payments

    Checkout totals are charged in DKK when charged by card, through SumUp as the payment-processor. Any other currency displayed is currently an approximate conversion for your convenience, and your bank or card issuer will convert the final DKK amount using its own rate (and may apply additional fees).

  9. Survival

    Notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement, the provisions relating to No Use for Oppression (2), Use at Own Risk (5), Liability and Indemnification (6) shall survive. These extend beyond the active use of the product, hereunder to derivation (what is produced, avoided, derived and secured using the product), descendence (your estate, successors and beneficiaries as applicable). It will be binding on you beyond the immediate scope of being alive, as pertains to the space within which the agreement is enforced - persisting by truth, negating neglitive or superficial falsified truth. This is meant to guard against misuse, damage to decent trade and to secure the agreement.

  10. Modifications

The Seller reserves the right to amend or modify these terms. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and continued use of the product will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. It is upon you to check them, these terms are designed to be easy to read and understand. This process is designed to make it possible to upgrade the agreement, as well as protect against unintended errors and any misuse of the agreement.

  1. Acknowledgment

    By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Returns-policy

All sales are final per default. If you reside in the EU, by completing this purchase, you agree that the digital content will be available immediately and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Upon failing to reach desired results, while actually performing the process .. I’m human and I ain’t trying to scam you.
